DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Delivery Policy

Once your order has been submitted and payment for goods has been accepted Brighter Kids Australia Pty Ltd will have the goods delivered to the customer door within 21 days. If delivery is going to be later than 21 days no additional postage will be charged. However, if all goods ordered are in stock delivery could be within 5 days.

Refund Policy

We strive for superior customer service and want to ensure you are happy with the product/s you have received.  You can purchase from us with complete confidence. We choose quality items, which with normal use, will give many years of  joy to you and your family.  We are happy to provide you with normal manufacturer's warranty on ALL items we sell.
If the goods are faulty Brighter Kids will pay the return freight cost, but if you wish to return a product for any other reason, you will be liable for the return freight costs and the original delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Should you wish to exchange an item or if there has been a change of mind You will need to contact us. If you wish to return or exchange any item you have purchased, due to a "change of mind", contact us to arrange returning the item within thirty (30) days of you receiving it. You will be liable for the return delivery costs and shipping charges for any alternative item(s) selected. The item should be in original condition with all packaging intact.
