How do I create and account?
Click on Sign In at the very top of the page. You can create an account by entering your email addressing and assigning a password. Various questions will then be asked to create an account.
How do I create a Trade account?
Create an account by clicking on the Sign In icon at the top of the page. When entering account details you will be asked to identify where you are from eg. Child care centre name. You need to send an email to sales@brighterkids.com.au requesting to become a Trade Customer.
I forgot my password?
When signing in under the Password box there is a button to click which says next to Password: Forgotten? Click on this to remedy the problem.
Who can become a Trade Customer?
Any Child Care Centre, Kindergarten, School, Family Day Carer.
How do I purchase my products I have selected?
Select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to the Shopping Cart. You can view this cart at any time and delete any items you no longer wish to purchase. When you are ready to complete order go to Checkout located on the right hand side of the page once you have begun to select items from the website.
Do I need to establish an account first to begin shopping?
No you can begin shopping at any time. When you are ready to checkout you will be asked to establish an account then.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes we are GST compliant and all prices listed on the site are GST inclusive.
Will I get an invoice?
All sent order will receive an invoice with delivery unless otherwise arranged.
What currency do you charge?
Australian Dollars only.
Which methods can I use to purchase?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard or Bank Deposit.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to within Australia via Australia Post or Courier Service.
Do you accept returns?
We strive for superior customer service and want to ensure you are happy with the product/s you have received. You can purchase from us with complete confidence. We choose quality items, which with normal use, will give many years of joy to you and your family. We are happy to provide you with normal manufacturer's warranty on ALL items we sell.
If the goods are faulty Brighter Kids will pay the return freight cost, but if you wish to return a product for any other reason, you will be liable for the return freight costs and the original delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Should you wish to exchange an item or if there has been a change of mind You will need to contact us. If you wish to return or exchange any item you have purchased, due to a "change of mind", contact us to arrange returning the item within thirty (30) days of you receiving it. You will be liable for the return delivery costs and shipping charges for any alternative item(s) selected. The item should be in original condition with all packaging intact.

Do you have a walk-in store?
Our company is based on the Gold Coast QLD, Australia. We concentrate on our online business hence we do not have a physical shop. This means less overheads and cheaper prices for you. It services Child Care Centres, Kindergartens, Playgroups & Schools.
Can you send me a catalogue?
Our Web site is our catalogue. Trade Customers will soon be able to Download an ecatalogue. Using this method we can offer our customers a range of Art/Craft and Educational Toys to suit kids and families at consistently low prices.
Who are Brighter Kids?
Brighter Kids is an Australian online toy store that has been retailing online for more than 5 years. Our focus is on Educational Toys, Art & Craft. You will rarely see licensed toys here. We select toys of the highest quality with an educational outcome. The store hosts a range of wooden as well as plastic toys and a huge selection of Art & Craft products.
What are Film Stars?
Films Stars create DVD’s of individual or sibling children. The child/ren are recreated into a fabulous short film which they can show their children when they become parents themselves. Centres, kindergartens or schools who participate can raise funds or donate funds collected to a children’s charity of their choice (with Brighter Kids prior permission). The centre can contact us to arranged Film Stars to come to their centre to film. Permissions are gathered prior to visit.
