Brighter Kids Australia Pty Ltd has a broad range of products to enhance the whole child. The following is a brief description of products available online.  They are as follows:

Educational Toys

Our Educational Toy range includes: puzzles, threading materials, books, puppets, pretend play, musical instruments, blocks and other types of resources which are often found in formal day care situations.

Art/craft

Our Art/Craft range includes Art and Craft materials ranging from paints, glues and brushes to collage, foam printing, chalks, playdough cutters and accessories and threading.

Outdoor Toys, Equipment & Furniture

Our Outdoor Toy, Equipment & Furniture range includes: sand/water play, easels and blackboards, Ride-On Vehicles, gross motor skills, science & furniture.

Trade Customers

Any organization within the Childcare Industry eg. Child Care Centres, Family Day Carers, Preschools, schools  etc, that hold an ABN are entitled to Register as a Trade Customer. Simply identify the centre name, address, phone number and contact person. We will assess if you are eligible to become a TRADE client.

We will assess Teachers & Childcare staff on an individual basis.

If accepted you will receive an email indicating your account has been switched over to Trade. Each time thereafter you must Login to View Trade prices & changing Monthly Specials.

Product Liability

Brighter Kids shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.

Take appropriate precautions such as reading the manufacturers instructions carefully before using any product with children. All products are intended to be used under adult supervision, and used with children of an appropriate age. Please dispose of any wrapping and keep out of reach of children. The purchase of goods is ultimately the responsibility of the selecting adult as well as the adult supervising the use of said products.

At Brighter Kids Australia Pty Ltd we aim for children to have fun in safety.

Delivery Policy

Once your order has been submitted and payment for goods has been accepted Brighter Kids Australia Pty Ltd will have the goods delivered to the customer door within 21 days. If delivery is going to be later than 21 days the cost of postage will be refunded. However, if all goods ordered are in stock delivery could be within 5 days.

Freight

Freight is a set fee, accept for Western Australia and Country Australia. Contact Us for a Postage estimate. When we receive an order from these destinations we will contact you should postage be greater than the defaulted amount. Some products on the Brighter Kids website will incur an increased Postage Charge (usually when the item is large and/or heavy). Products affected will note this in there description.

Refund Policy

We strive for superior customer service and want to ensure you are happy with the product/s you have received. You can purchase from us with complete confidence. We choose quality items, which with normal use, will give many years of  joy to you and your family.  We are happy to provide you with normal manufacturer's warranty on ALL items we sell.
If the goods are faulty Brighter Kids will pay the return freight cost, but if you wish to return a product for any other reason, you will be liable for the return freight costs and the original delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Should you wish to exchange an item or if there has been a change of mind You will need to contact us. If you wish to return or exchange any item you have purchased, due to a "change of mind", contact us to arrange returning the item within thirty (30) days of you receiving it. You will be liable for the return delivery costs and shipping charges for any alternative item(s) selected. The item should be in original condition with all packaging intact.

Goods and Services Tax - G.S.T

Brighter Kids Australia Pty Ltd is G.S.T compliant. All goods sent out are accompanied with an invoice. The invoice highlights the G.S.T component.  If you hold an ABN (Australian Business Number) or ACN (Australian Company Number) and are registered for G.S.T then you may be entitled to claim the G.S.T amount on your BAS (Business Activity Statement).

Please be aware that prices are subject to change without notice.  Prices are honored at time of purchase. We use Verisign posted payment page solution, therefore credit payments are approved or declined at time of purchase.
